Coach CC is in her fifth season as an assistant coach at Heritage.

At Heritage, Crawford works closely with the outfielders, and is responsible for the development of multiple All-Region outfielders during her young coaching career. Most recently, Riley KoKinda has been named to the All-Region teams in each of her three years with the Generals, and was an All-State outfielder in 2018 and 2020.

The Generals had two outfielders on the 2020 All-Region team (Riley KoKinda, First Team, and Bailey Davis, Honorable Mention). Crawford has also seen three of her outfielders make college commitments. Madi Morris, a 2018 graduate of HHS, signed with Chattanooga State, Davis will attend East Georgia State College in the fall, and KoKinda is currently committed to UTC.
